Terms & Conditions

Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund. OSBC reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.  If a situation arises that is deemed extreme and the patron is deemed under duress by the OSBC we may provide credit.  Any issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

OSBC fees are non-refundable. 

Safe Space:

Every person present at Old School Music Camps is entitled to a safe space: a space free of fear, a space free of bullying and harassment of any kind. We will work together to honour our differences and celebrate the gifts we each bring to the environment as we celebrate music and friendship in a respectful atmosphere.  If you experience or witness harassment, Allison, Jenny or Joey will listen to and mediate your concerns.

We will treat one another with politeness and respect at all times and, if we are subjected to or witness bullying and harassment, we will feel free to speak out knowing that our voices will be heard and we will be taken seriously. Together we will create a safe space.

Campers, volunteers or staff who are found to be in conflict with the values of our shared safe space or infringe upon the ability of other campers to participate fully in camp activities may be asked to leave.
